Picking a Maid of Honor is not as easy as it should be. A maid of honor is picked because you know that there are things you need help with. That's where she comes in.
I previously had one all picked out but as I started plannng and this person was MIA for just about everything so far, I don't think it will work out. I'm not asking for the person to step in and do all the planning. I can't have that because I need to do things my way. I am just asking if I could get a little help.

Starting out.
We have hired a wedding consultant. Randi has been pretty good so far. It's too early to see if there are any flaws with her.
Randi set up a breakdown of our budget. I definitely want us to stay as close to our budget as possible. Try not to go over.
We have met at the aquarium. That is our second reception site we've looked at. Penn was the first, in the Perelman Quad. The Quad is nice because of the feel of the room. Very charming. The aquarium has a great ambience when it is set up for a party such as a wedding reception. Out of the two, our favorite is the aquarium even if it may be a little too expensive right now.
